Parking Solutions is a local parking company owned and operated by Daniel T. Austin.  Parking Solutions has a four-year good standing relationship in the Las Vegas marketplace and is committed to a permanent presence in the city.  Parking Solutions is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Nevada Development Authority.  We are very proud to state we still operate our first valet parking account, Polo Towers.  There is only one reason for that, consistent high quality service at a fair price.  We consider ourselves a parking department within your team and strive to represent you with the excellence you demand.  Parking Solutions takes great pride in the service we are able to provide and we look forward to including PROPERTY to our list of satisfied clients.

Daniel T. Austin has twenty years experience in the parking and service industry.  Daniel is personally involved with all the daily operations of Parking Solutions.  His experience includes Valet Operation Reviews & Analyses, Consulting Services, Parking Lot Layout & Design, Graphics & Signage, Parking Garage & Lot Management.  Dan Austin was instrumental in the development of the “Asphalt Angels,” a parking team ministry for Shadow Hills Baptist Church and continues to donate his time and talents to this worthy cause.  He takes great pride in running Parking Solutions personally and has developed many of our parking systems and training programs.  Daniel T. Austin is a “hands-on” owner, which will benefit Property.

Sherry M. Austin is involved in many of the aspects of Parking Solutions.  She has first hand experience in the logistics of moving a high volume of vehicles and coordinating multiple valet doors.  She is also experienced in bridging Parking Solutions into properties and setting up good communications between Parking Solutions and the property we represent.  Sherry Austin was a valet supervisor for the Forum Shops and was involved in the supervision of the valet management and crew, opening the VIP valet door, communicating with the property management, and attending the weekly operations meeting.  She is aware of the high expectations of the local and tourist market and her expertise would benefit PROPERTY.
