          PS provides vehicle and parking services to a full spectrum of applicable

businesses and special event venues – commercial or private; large or small.

  ° Event planning (traffic)           ° Traffic flow analysis     ° Consultation

Organizational Structure:

          PS is an independent operating company that shares resource facilities (office

space, admin support, etc.) with other Solutions Group companies.

Key Staff Positions:

o       President/CEO - Solutions Group of Companies: Dan Austin

o       Operations Director – Parking Solutions: Ken McCabe

o       Operations Manager – Parking Solutions: Renee Margeson

o       Special Events/Fleet Supervisor – Adrien Adams

          In addition to this, there is a varying range of full-time and part-time

on-site supervisors and staff

Facilities Requirements:

Operations & administration are housed in Solutions Group HQ at 1631 Desert Inn Rd.  All contracts/jobs are executed at clients facilities.
